We provide Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills groups.
These groups will help you learn skills such as
– mindfulness – how to find inner peace and make wise decisions
– emotional regulation – how to identify and manage our emotions
– managing stress – strategies to cope in stressful situations
– interpersonal effectiveness – how to be effective in communicating our needs.
You do not need a mental health diagnosis to join.
Cost $40 per session – 90 min group, plus weekly forum posts with strategies and videos to use.
