What is MPKJ

MPKJ is a martial arts, self-defense and fitness group. 

It is run by David Rudowski, a passionate karateka (karate practitioner).

Through these sessions, he hopes to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be:

  • For fitness
  • Self confidence
  • Self-discipline
  • Strength building
  • Self-defense
  • To socialise
  • Casual recreation
