Title: Untangling the Complex Web: Balancing Self-Care, Productivity and Leisure with Borderline Personality Disorder, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/CFS and Fibromyalgia

Aim: To give people an understanding of the complexity of living with multiple conditions and provide an insight into the daily balance of strategies that is needed and what can get in the way. 

Learning Objectives:

Understand how symptoms of ME/CFS, BPD and Fibromyalgia can impact functioning in the areas of self-care, productivity and leisure.

2. Start developing an awareness of different supports and interventions that may be useful for these populations.

3. Understand some of the barriers to support seeking and stigma around ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia and BPD, and increase compassion and awareness in your own practice.
