I have 15 years of experience working in clinical mental health services as an Occupational Therapist. In 2019 I was involved in implementing a lived experience/peer workforce within the clinical mental health service.
I hope to share some of my reflections and learnings around implementing a novel/non clinical discipline within a clinical mental health service.
