Bipolar: The lived experience and tools to shift from survive to thrive.

Aim: To support the participants in finding a way to relate to the lived experience of a bipolar condition as well as a framework to work with someone with it.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Participants will be able to identify 3 aspects of symptoms associated with a bipolar condition.
  2. Participants will be able to identify 3 skills or tools to teach an individual to support them in living with their bipolar condition.

Interventions: I plan to share the lived experience of my symptoms as well as the 3 step framework I use to successfully manage my condition.   The 3 step process uses evidence based techniques from ACT, CBT, WRAP, OT and personal experience.
