My Potential is mental health service dedicated to empowering adults with a mental health condition to reach their occupational dreams, goals and Potential. We provide mental health support and occupational therapy services.
Our program consists of mental, physical and creative focused groups. These are facilitated by health care providers who have a mental health lived experience too.

Initial Meeting

Once you make contact we will arrange an initial meeting either via video conference.
This is a no-charge service as this time is used to:

Get to know each other
Understand your goals and needs
To identify how and if My Potential is the most appropriate support for you on your journey

Telehealth is available.

At My Potential, we value working in groups with our peers to support each of us to reach our potential. Some of these groups and their topics are listed below. But the most important thing is you get to choose which groups you would like to be involved in based on your goals and interests!
